The Punch Short de Punch is the first new addition to the brand’s standard portfolio for over 20 years and joins the Punch Punch and Double Corona as the only untubed vitolas in the current range.Measuring 4 ¾ ” (120mm) x 50 ring gauge this modern vitola (referred to as a Paraisos in Cuba’s cigar factories) is a unique size for Habanos and is presented in SBN boxes of 10 cigars.
On the other hand, the Punch brand, which was born in the XIX century, is one of the oldest Habanos brands. It was created by Don Manuel Lopez de Juan Valle, with the intention of entering the English market. For this reason, the brand owes its name to a humoristic publication that was trendy at that time in England, Mr. Punch.
