Rocky Patel is taking the non-Cuban cigar market by storm. Although the brand has not been around for more than a decade, Rocky Patel has managed to produce high quality cigars that instantly became very popular. The Rocky Patel cigars combine quality, variety and value
The Rocky Patel Vintage 1990 features a blend of Nicaraguan and Dominican long-leaf ligero filler well-aged to bring out the invigorating complexity. What’s more, this hand-rolled beauty is dressed in a broadleaf maduro wrapper from Honduras, aged to perfection for 12 years, making Rocky Patel’s commitment to excellence quite clear.
Little is known about the blend of “Grand Reserve”, as Rocky Patel has decided not to divulge any specifics. But the company has confirmed that the cigar is produced at Rocky Patel’s Tabacalera Villa Cuba S.A. in Nicaragua, often referred to as Tavicusa. The tobaccos in the blend are also said to be aged two years.
Grand Reserve comes in three sizes—Robusto, measuring 5½ inches by 50 ring gauge; Toro, 6 by 52; and Sixty, 6 by 60—and ships in boxes of 10.
